Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 13jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All 13jili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
13jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 13jili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited into your 13jili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 13jili account.
13jili reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 13jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 13jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 13jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
